MyIQ Subscription Cancellation And Refund Of Payments

I subscribed to Myiq.com on 19/02/2026, believing that I was paying a one-time fee of 1 euro for an IQ test. At no point was it made clear to me that this was a subscription with automatic renewals. Without my knowledge or consent, Myiq.com charged my classic credit card ending in 7844 twice, taking 29.99 euros on 26/02/2026 and another 29.99 euros on 26/03/2026. I only became aware of these payments after checking my account, and I do not accept these charges, as I did not knowingly agree to any recurring subscription. I request that my subscription with Myiq.com be cancelled immediately and that both payments of 29.99 euros taken on 26/02/2026 and 26/03/2026 be fully refunded to me, as I did not give informed consent to these automatic renewals.

I noticed that MyIQ did not provide any notification about automatic renewal and charged me twice, €29.99 each, without my authorization. I request a refund of these payments and the cancellation of my subscription. So far, no refund has been issued, and the issue is still unresolved.

I want my two payments of €29.99 paid back to me. I have the two withdrawals on my bank statement.
