I completed an intelligence test on the website MYIQ.COM/US that was clearly advertised as costing 1 euro. However, instead of charging 1 euro for a single test, they created a subscription in my name without my permission and debited 29.99 euros from my debit card on 25/03/2026. At no time did I authorize a subscription or any recurring payment, nor was it clearly indicated that the 1 euro test would lead to a charge of 29.99 euros. I feel deceived because the information about the price and the supposed subscription was not transparent, and I only intended to pay the small amount shown for the test. I have tried to find a way to contact MYIQ.COM/US to resolve this situation, but I have not found any clear customer service channel or contact details on their website, so I have been unable to request cancellation and refund directly from them. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my data and the full refund of the 29.99 euros charged without my consent to my debit card. I also ask for a written confirmation that no further amounts will be charged in the future.
