Seeking Refund and Cancellation for Unauthorized MyIQ Subscription

I previously made a payment in dollars on the website Myiq.com/US by my own choice. However, on November 24, 2025, when I checked the authorization transactions on my Ziraat Bank credit card, I noticed that an additional $29.99 had been charged without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this transaction, did not start any subscription, and received no notification regarding it.
Since this charge was made completely without my consent, I request a full refund of the $29.99 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Ziraat Bank and had my credit card canceled for security purposes. The bank representative told me they could not see the transaction in the system at that moment; however, since I had already seen similar complaints about this website on Xolvie, I canceled my card to avoid any further problems.
I request that this unauthorized charge be reversed and refunded, and that any active subscriptions tied to my name be terminated immediately.
