On December 2, 2025, I noticed that a charge of €29.99 was made to my TEB bank credit card by a website called myiq.com, where I had previously taken an IQ test at some point.
I did not give any consent for this payment, I was not informed about any charges, and I have no clear information about what kind of membership or subscription may have been started.
I am requesting that the €29.99 charge be canceled and refunded to me. In addition, if any subscription or membership was activated without my knowledge or approval, I want it to be terminated immediately.
