Immediate Cancellation Of Unwanted MyIQ Subscription And Refund

I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription with MyiQ that I was not aware I had. On 11 January 2026, I noticed a charge of €24.99 on my PayPal/credit card account for MyiQ, even though I never knowingly subscribed to a paid plan. On 4 January 2026, I only took a test for $1, and at no point was it clearly communicated to me that this would result in an ongoing subscription or a recurring payment. I did not receive any clear notification or confirmation that I was entering into a subscription contract after this test. When I discovered the €24.99 charge, I attempted to resolve the issue. I tried sending emails to [email protected], but the email address did not work, and I did not receive any response. I then cancelled the subscription via the app, where it was stated that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation, but I never received any such confirmation. I am using MyiQ from the Netherlands, and I consider this situation unacceptable, as I did not knowingly agree to this subscription and could not reach support through the provided email address. I request the immediate cancellation of any existing subscription linked to my account and a full refund of the €24.99 that was charged to me, as I was not properly informed or aware of this subscription. I kindly ask that you confirm the cancellation in writing and process the refund to the same payment method used for the charge as soon as possible.
