On 24 May, I used the MyIQ platform for a thesis-related task. However, without my consent, the platform has been charging my account €14.99 every week—on 31 May, 7 June, and 14 June. I never agreed to a recurring membership, nor was I informed that such automatic billing would take place.
Despite my attempts, I have not been able to cancel this membership. The platform makes it extremely difficult to stop the subscription, and no actual services have been provided to justify these weekly payments. I have not used the platform since the initial date, yet they continue to withdraw money from my account without offering any value in return.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund for all charges made since 24 May. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report this unauthorized billing practice to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action. Please stop these payments immediately and confirm the cancellation of my membership in writing.
