I Report Unauthorized ₺684.24 and ₺690 Charges by MyIQ After $0.99 Test

About a month ago, I visited the MyIQ.com website to take an IQ test. At the end of the test, I was offered a certificate for $0.99, which I purchased, believing it to be the only cost. However, less than a week later, ₺684.24 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. Shockingly, two weeks after that, another unauthorized charge of ₺690 was deducted from my account.

I never approved these payments, and I was not informed of any recurring fees or subscriptions. This unauthorized billing has caused me significant financial loss and stress. MyIQ.com’s lack of transparency and unauthorized charges are unacceptable.

I demand the immediate cancellation of any memberships or subscriptions and the full refund of both unauthorized charges: ₺684.24 and ₺690. I also request written confirmation that my account has been closed and that no further charges will be made. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action and file complaints with consumer protection agencies. I expect urgent action to correct this situation and restore my financial security.
