MyIQ.com Charges Me After One Time IQ Test - I Want a Refund

An ad on Instagram led me to the MyIQ.com website not too long ago. When I got to the site, I was told to start the test right away, but there was no clear information regarding any fees. MyIQ.com asked for ₺47.90 for the results after I took the test, and I paid. But a week later, MyIQ.com took ₺723.63 from my bank account without my authorization. I was never told about this payment, and I never asked for a weekly membership. I only wanted to test it once. MyIQ.com doesn't make it apparent how much it costs, and I feel like they took my money. I want my money back for the surprise price, and I want MyIQ.com to stop lying to users. If you don't fix this problem right away, I will tell consumer protection agencies about your dishonest behavior. Please take care of this soon and make sure that your ads appropriately portray what your service is really like.
