I Face Double €29.99 Charges from myiq.com After Paying €0.99 for an IQ Test

I took an IQ test on myiq.com, and to see my result, I was asked to pay €0.99, which I accepted. However, without my knowledge, one week later, two separate charges of €29.99 were withdrawn from my account. These payments were made on October 5 at 11:07 a.m. and 12:12 p.m. using my personal bank card. I was told that my membership had been canceled and that a refund would be issued, but only one of the two charges was refunded. Additionally, the €5 transaction fees deducted from both payments were not refunded.
During my correspondence with customer service, I received contradictory responses — one message stated that they would handle the refund, while another said they would not process it. Moreover, the payments were processed through Azerbaijan.
I request a full refund of all charges, including both €29.99 payments and the €5 transaction fees. I have screenshots and bank receipts available and can share them upon request.
