I have a subscription with MyIQ that I want to cancel, but there is no clear option or button to cancel it. Despite not requesting any renewal, I was charged a monthly fee of $29.99 yesterday via PayPal. When I tried to cancel the subscription, I was informed that I would have to pay in order to cancel, which I find completely unacceptable and misleading. I do not agree with being charged to terminate a subscription, especially after being billed for a renewal I did not actively request or authorize. I request that MyIQ immediately cancels my subscription without any extra cancellation fee and refunds the last charge of $29.99 taken yesterday via PayPal. I also expect clear and accessible cancellation options to be provided so that customers can manage their subscriptions transparently.
