MyIQ Charged Me After Cancellation - Unauthorized Subscription Payment

I had an active subscription with MyIQ through their website and cancelled it, but on 3/10/26 I was still charged after this cancellation. I am very dissatisfied that a payment was taken despite the fact that I had already ended my subscription. I purchased and managed the subscription directly via the MyIQ website using the email address Jennandt***[email protected]. After noticing the unauthorized charge, I contacted MyIQ customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I request that MyIQ immediately process a full refund of the last charge taken after my cancellation and ensure that my subscription remains cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account.
