Unwanted MyIQ Subscription To Be Canceled

I recently discovered that I have an active subscription with MyIQ.com under the email address drvsp**@gmail.com, even though I was not aware that I had subscribed. On 03/31/2026, I noticed a charge and realized there was an ongoing subscription, and I then saw a charge dated 03/30 as well. Since realizing this, I have tried to reach MyIQ.com customer support to cancel the subscription, but I have not been able to contact anyone or get any response. This has left me with an unwanted subscription and a charge that I did not knowingly agree to. I request that my subscription associated with the email address drvsp**@gmail.com be canceled immediately and that the charge dated 03/30 be fully refunded.
