MyIQ Subscription Canceled But Still Charged

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges by MyIQ after I canceled my subscription. I canceled my MyIQ subscription on January 18, 2026, but I was still charged on January 25, 2026 and again on February 23, 2026, for a total of $49.98 via PayPal. After noticing these charges, I contacted MyIQ customer service. They informed me that they do not see an active subscription on my account and therefore have nothing to cancel, yet I am still being billed through PayPal. This situation is both confusing and frustrating, as I took the necessary step to cancel in January and I am still being charged for a service that should no longer be active. I request a full refund of the $49.98 that has been charged after my cancellation and clarification on how these payments were taken when no active subscription appears on my account. I also want any hidden or duplicate billing entries associated with my PayPal to be stopped immediately so that I do not incur any further charges for this service.
