Refund For MyIQ Subsciption I Never Placed

I recently paid £1 for an online IQ test on the website myiq.com/us. At the time of payment, I understood this to be a one‑time charge only and I did not give any permission or consent for a recurring payment or subscription. Despite this, £29.99 was taken from my bank account today without my authorisation. I did not knowingly sign up for any ongoing service, membership, or subscription, and I was not clearly informed that such an amount would be taken after the £1 test. I request that the unauthorised charge of £29.99 be fully refunded to me and that any account, membership, or subscription linked to my details on myiq.com/us be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are taken from my account.
