I Face My Drama Payment Error or_ccr_53 And Cannot Complete Payment

While trying to make a weekly payment on the My Drama app, I received an error message stating: “Contact us to remove the hold on your account: or_ccr_53.” Because of this issue, I am unable to complete my payment.

This problem started today just moments ago, and since then I have not been able to complete my weekly payment in any way. At the moment, I want to watch a series, but due to this hold on my account, I cannot use the application.

I have not yet contacted customer service or the support team, as I wanted to report the issue here first. I request that the hold on my account be removed immediately so I can complete my payment and use the app without any issues to continue watching my series.
