Since November 2022, I've been aware that mubi.com has been automatically debiting 49.99 TL from my credit card on the 19th or 21st of each month between the 19th and 21st. However, as a member of their community, I do not use their platform. When I attempted to log in to the website using my current email address and phone number, which I use on a regular basis, I received an error message stating that no account for my information could be found. I am unable to cancel the membership or take any other action because I do not have access to the membership information. I demand an immediate refund of the funds deducted from my account by this website, which I have never visited before.
