MUBI Charging Money Without Subscription
Since April 2024, I've been aware that mubi.com has been automatically debiting 3,79 euros from my credit card each month. However, I do not use their platform at all. When I attempted to log in to the website using my current email address and phone number, which I use regularly, I received a message stating that no account for my information could be found. I am unable to cancel the membership or take any other action because I do not have access to the membership information. I demand an immediate refund of the funds deducted from my account by this website, which I have never visited before. PS: The question was solved with help of the support pretty fast as I thought (MUBI informed me that my credit card was used by an unknown account with an unknown for me email, they refunded all the charged money back without a problem) but just in case I reopened the new credit card in the bank and you cannot imagine, mubi started to charge the money from the new card again. I don't know how it is possible. But right now I am again in the process of communication with the support service.
