Why A Service Called Mubi Is Taking My Money?

I've been aware that mubi.com has been automatically debiting ₺169 from my credit card each month. However, I do not use their platform at all. When I attempted to log in to the website using my current email address and phone number, which I use regularly, I received a message stating that no account for my information could be found. I am unable to cancel the membership or take any other action because I do not have access to the membership information. I demand an immediate refund of the funds deducted from my account by this website, which I have never visited before.
