I canceled my Mubi subscription at the end of May, yet I recently discovered that I have been charged for the last four months despite the cancellation. It’s frustrating that this issue went unnoticed for so long, and I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint. I’m surprised to see that this is a common problem with Mubi. How long would these charges have continued if I hadn’t noticed? I’m still waiting for my issue to be resolved and for the overcharged fees to be refunded. Mubi, you need to address this recurring issue and ensure it doesn't happen again!
