Payment and Subscription Matters at MUBI
I have been billed by Mubi for a significant period of time; however, the subscription details were not clearly stated on the website. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, the only available option was to "renew" my subscription, which led to a payment of 11.99 EUR. Essentially, two issues occurred: I was charged for a year without any information available on the subscription page. I was charged on both October 28th and November 3rd, each time with a payment of 11.99 EUR. This company seems unable to process payments correctly and fails to provide accurate information to its users.
