MUBI Charged Me Twice in April After I Canceled My Membership on March 18

I canceled my MUBI subscription on March 18, 2025, and assumed everything was finalized. However, to my shock, I discovered that in April, MUBI charged my account not once, but twice—two unauthorized transactions in a single month.
Even worse, despite these charges, my MUBI membership has remained inactive since the day I canceled. So I’m being billed for a service I can’t even use.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like unauthorized, borderline illegal activity. I immediately emailed MUBI, but the only response I’ve received is a generic auto-reply—nothing meaningful or helpful for days.
I demand the immediate refund of both unlawful charges and for MUBI to stop accessing my bank card without my consent. This has gone beyond inconvenience—it's now a violation of trust and financial rights.
