MUBI Still Charges Me 169₺ Monthly Despite Cancellation—Can’t Access My Account

I previously canceled my MUBI subscription, but just recently discovered by chance that the platform has been charging my account 169₺ every month for quite some time. I was completely unaware, and this has gone on without any notification or confirmation.
When I tried to log back into my account to cancel the subscription again and stop the payments, I encountered another problem—the system won’t send the confirmation code to my email, making it impossible to access the account or cancel the billing myself. I feel completely trapped in a subscription I no longer use and can't manage.
