Mubi Error #16 Unresolved for Months – No Support Response

I’ve been experiencing Error #16 on Mubi for a long time now, preventing me from watching anything. I contacted their support team both domestically and internationally via email last week, but I’ve received no response, neither by email nor phone. I initially thought this issue had been going on for about a month, but a friend reminded me that I had mentioned the same problem almost three months ago! If I can’t watch whenever I want, why am I paying for this platform? Mubi needs to fix this issue immediately and improve their customer service – I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support.
