Mubi Charging for Unused Membership – No Response to Cancellation Requests

I signed up for a free membership with Mubi but have been charged a membership fee for months, despite not using the service or watching a single film. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership by navigating through the system, but I received an email stating that I don’t have an active account. Yet, the charges continue. There’s no phone number to contact, and my messages through the platform remain unanswered. I can’t seem to find a solution, and this has become extremely frustrating. I’m now planning to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This situation has gone on long enough, and I need this resolved immediately.
