I signed up for a free membership with Mubi but was charged a subscription fee even though I haven’t used the service or watched a single film. I’ve emailed them, but haven’t received any response. I’m requesting immediate action to refund the amount taken from my card for an unused account, and I expect a prompt response from Mubi regarding this issue.
