On October 12, 2024, at 17:20, a purchase of ₺1,729.80 was made from MTCGame without my knowledge or consent. I have never visited their website before, nor do I have any prior association with this company.

I demand an urgent explanation regarding this unauthorized transaction and expect an immediate refund. Additionally, I want full disclosure of the individual or account responsible for making this purchase using my payment details.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action without hesitation. MTCGame, take responsibility and refund my money now!
