Pull and Bear Fraudulent Charge Complaint

On April 1, 2024, at 9:09 PM, Pull and Bear executed an online transaction amounting to ₺2,240.00 without my knowledge or authorization. This unauthorized purchase was made using my credit card information without any security code or 3D Secure verification.
Upon discovering the unauthorized transaction, I immediately canceled my credit card to prevent further fraudulent activity. I promptly filed a dispute with E/Moka, Pull and Bear's payment processor, requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge. However, despite their assurance of prompt resolution and communication, I have yet to receive any updates or a refund.
I am deeply concerned about this unauthorized transaction and the lack of response from both Pull and Bear and E/Moka. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the ₺2,240.00 charge.
Failure to address this issue promptly will force me to pursue legal action against Pull and Bear to protect my rights as a consumer and safeguard my financial information.
