MTCGame Took My Money, No Support for Faulty $100 Code

I purchased a $100 code from MTCGame, but it’s giving me an error. There’s no one to contact for support—it’s incredibly frustrating. This isn’t the first time either. Previously, they didn’t deliver a $50 purchase, and it seems this company is unreliable. I’ve messaged them on WhatsApp, but no one responds. They tell me to create a ticket, which I’ve done, but no one addresses it. When buying smaller amounts like $10 or $20, there’s no issue, but every time I purchase $50 or more, the code is faulty, and they hold onto my money. If they don’t resolve this, I’ll continue filing complaints every day.
