I have been using an mSpy for Android subscription since September 2025, purchased directly via your website www.mspy.com with the email address tehreemfatima****@gmail.com. For the last two months, I have been facing an issue with the auto‑renewal, which I want to cancel, but I have not been able to do so. Despite my attempts, I have not received any response from your customer support, and there is no clear way for me to cancel the auto‑renewal on my side. This situation has been ongoing for about two months and is causing serious inconvenience, as I do not wish to continue the subscription. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of the auto‑renewal on my mSpy for Android subscription associated with the email address tehreemfatima****@gmail.com and written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
