No Return or Exchange for Dead Pixels on the MSI G274QPF-QD Monitor
I bought the MSI G274QPF-QD monitor from the store. I tried to return the item because it had dead pixels, but they said I couldn't because I had opened the packaging and they considered it used. How can I tell if the product is defective without actually checking it? MSI's policy states that you can only exchange or return a product if it has 3 or more dead pixels. If there are 1 or 2 dead pixels, the product is not considered defective.
They said that the return process will be finished in 2 business days. I took the item back to the store on September 1st. The store received the item on September 4th, and today, on September 11th, they rejected my return request. I can't return the item using the right to withdraw. Why do I have to work so hard to return something I paid for in full? Can you help me solve my problem, please?
