Xiaomi Refuses to Refund My Faulty 14 Ultra Phone
I’m Ali Baran E****, a user of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, and I have to say, my experience with this device has been rather disappointing. Before even hitting the two-year milestone, the phone’s charging unit ceased to function correctly—it no longer charges. I purchased this phone with great hopes, particularly given the ₺78,000 cost, but now I find myself with a device that is unusable and lacking any definitive support from Xiaomi. I’ve handled the phone with care in standard conditions, but I still haven’t found a lasting solution or adequate customer support from either Mi Store Türkiye or Mi Store China. I would like to formally request a complete refund of the ₺78,000 I paid, along with the return of the phone. I respectfully urge Xiaomi officials to take accountability and address this matter promptly.
