MSI Motherboard Audio Jacks Not Working: Hardware or Software Bug?

March 18, 2023 1:48 PM37

I only recently became aware of an oddity with my MSI motherboard: the audio port jacks do not appear to be operational. It's strange, but the jack ports on both my headphones and my computer case are fully functional, indicating that the devices are not incompatible with one another. After almost a year with this board, I'm beginning to suspect that the problem is with the hardware rather than the software. At first, I suspected that it was a software bug that caused this, but now I'm not so sure! Because if this isn't resolved soon, it will be yet another problem added to my ever-growing list of technological woes, and I'm really hoping that someone can offer me some sort of solution to this problem soon.
