Oppo Reno 4 Lite Not Detecting Wired Earphones

I have been using an Oppo Reno 4 Lite, and for the past two days, it has completely stopped detecting wired earphones. I tried using different earphones with both the 3.5mm jack and Type-C port, but nothing works. However, when I test these earphones on other phones, they work perfectly fine.

This issue is extremely frustrating, as I rely on wired earphones for calls and music, and now my phone does not recognize them at all. Oppo, I need an urgent solution! Is this due to a software bug, a hardware failure, or a recent update? Please provide a fix or guide me on how to resolve this issue immediately.
