MSI Modern 14 Notebook Stopped Working After Warranty Expired
My 3-year-old MSI Modern 14i Notebook unexpectedly stopped working despite no liquid damage, malware, or any user-related issue. It simply shut down and won't turn on again. To make matters worse, MSI's technical service is demanding a ₺900 fee just for damage assessment without offering any solution.
The device's 2-year warranty expired recently, and this sudden, costly issue feels unjustified for such an expensive product. A laptop of this caliber and price shouldn't fail so quickly, and I find it unacceptable as a customer.
I am requesting that MSI resolve this issue promptly. Paying such a high repair cost for a fault that is not mine is unfair. Please take responsibility and assist in fixing the problem.
I am not getting a response from MSI Turkey. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
