MSI Doesn't Provide Support for Overseas Purchased Graphics Cards

MSI isn't helping me fix my problem because I bought my graphics card from another country. This makes us wonder if the brand supports products sold globally and if it truly values its customers. I'm not sure if the products being sold in our country are from a different brand called MSI. I can take my card to the service center in the country where I bought it, but why won't the brand in its own country help me solve my problem? Instead, they're making me use these channels to express my concerns. I don't think it's right to ignore someone just because they didn't buy from us, no matter how hard they try. I just want to make it clear that even though I know there are risks with warranty conditions, I insist that the brand repairs my product and I'm willing to pay for it.
