I purchased an MSI gaming laptop in 2022, and despite playing relatively few games, I am experiencing significant overheating issues. To make matters worse, the MSI Center application, which I need to adjust fan speed and performance settings, constantly crashes and doesn’t function properly.
Adding to the frustration, MSI service is only available in Istanbul at the Mecidiyeköy location, which means I would have to wait several days just to resolve a seemingly simple overheating issue. This lack of accessible service and reliable software has made me regret choosing MSI.
I expect MSI to address this problem promptly, either by fixing the application or providing a quicker service solution for overheating laptops.
