MSI Pulse 17 B13VFK Laptop Is Freezing Up All the Time
A month ago, I ordered an MSI Pulse 17 B13VFK laptop. I encountered a persistent freezing issue, and it only responded to a long power button press, requiring a restart in that manner. Twenty days ago, I sent it for warranty service to authorized service centers. After 10 days, they called and reported motherboard problems, so they ordered a new one. However, upon its arrival, another issue was discovered. They mentioned initiating another replacement request, and if not resolved within 25 working days, I could request an exchange or refund from the seller. I chose MSI to avoid such problems! Very disappointed! Unable to contact MSI's own customer service and can't get adequate information from their authorized service center. Definitely do not recommend choosing MSI in Turkey. This was my first and last experience.
