Charged Extra for Premium Balcony on MSC Divina, Received Wrong Room

I booked a cruise with MSC Divina through Tatil Sepeti for August 12, 2024. During the booking process, I was informed that my preferred balcony Fantastica room was unavailable, but I could upgrade to a Premium balcony room for an additional €160. I agreed, paid the service fees and insurance, and received an invoice confirming the Premium balcony room. However, on the day of the cruise, the email I received listed my room as a standard Fantastica. When I double-checked with MSC, it became clear that a mistake had been made. I contacted Tatil Sepeti to report the issue, but their response was dismissive, claiming that "the general room name is the same." This experience left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I expect Tatil Sepeti to address this issue seriously and provide the proper compensation.
