Misleading Refund Policy In AJet’s Premium Fare Package

I purchased two Premium fare tickets for the flight from Istanbul (SAW) to London (STN) on July 11, 2025, for a total amount of ₺8,767.44. At the time of purchase, the Premium package clearly stated “Flexible Refund Right Until Flight Time,” which led me to believe that a full refund would be available in the event of cancellation. However, when I initiated the cancellation, I was informed that only ₺6,780.04 would be refunded, meaning nearly ₺2,000 would be deducted. The issue is this: the FLEX fare explicitly mentions “Partial Refund Right,” while the PREMIUM fare does not include such wording and instead emphasizes full flexibility. This inconsistency is misleading. As a customer, I paid more for the Premium fare expecting greater flexibility and transparency—not unexpected deductions. I believe this situation goes against fair communication and clarity in service terms. I respectfully request (1) a full explanation of the deduction and (2) either a full refund or partial compensation for the unclear policy.
