Mostbet Withdrawal Partially Paid

I have a problem with a withdrawal I made from my Mostbet account via bank transfer. On 27 December 2025 at around 20:07, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺20,000. However, only ₺1,000 was transferred to my bank account and no further payments were made after that. When I check the transaction history on Mostbet’s own site, the total appears as if ₺20,000 has been paid in several parts, but at the same time I see cancellation records under these movements. In reality, only ₺1,000 has reached my bank, while the remaining ₺19,000 has not been paid to me, despite the system giving the impression that the full amount has been paid. During this period, I have repeatedly contacted Mostbet’s support. They constantly requested documents from me such as PDFs, screen recordings and even video records from my bank. I have provided all the documents they asked for, yet they only tell me to wait, and most recently they said I would receive an email. Despite all this time and communication, the missing ₺19,000 has still not been credited to my account. I request that the remaining unpaid amount of ₺19,000 from my ₺20,000 withdrawal dated 27 December 2025 be urgently and fully paid to my bank account and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
