I Face Mostbet Casino Withdrawal Marked as Paid but Never Received
On September 10, 2025, I placed a withdrawal request of ₺45,000 from my Mostbet Casino account. The transaction was processed at 11:00 AM, and in my Mostbet account it still shows as “Paid”. However, the money has never reached my bank account. My customer number is 254110536.
To resolve this, I contacted live chat, phone support, and Telegram customer service multiple times. Unfortunately, I never received a clear or final answer. Instead, I was asked to send a bank statement confirming that no funds were received. I provided my official account statement showing all recent transactions, but Mostbet refused to accept it and still has not processed the payment.
There are no errors in my bank or account details. The withdrawal was deducted directly from my balance, with no commission or processing fee applied. This is the first time I have faced such a problem on the platform, and I have now been waiting since September 10, 2025, without my funds.
