Moodxa Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

I placed an order with Moodxa through a link on Facebook on February 23, 2026, for a sweat suit bundle that was supposed to include around eight matching sets. My order number is DDGYL22396037YQ. Despite the tracking information showing that the order was “delivered” on 03/28/2026, I did not receive any package at all. After seeing that nothing arrived, I contacted Moodxa. They told me they would send another shipment and later provided another delivery date of 04/28/2026. However, I still have not received anything. When I checked the details more closely, I noticed that the tracking number for the so‑called reshipment was exactly the same as the original tracking number, which raises serious concerns and makes the whole situation feel like a scam. I have paid for this order and have received no products on either of the claimed delivery dates. I am requesting a full refund for the entire amount I paid for this sweat suit bundle as soon as possible.
