SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 Replacement Also Defective
I purchased a SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 headset and encountered an issue where the sound would cut out from the right side whenever the cable was moved. Since the product was under warranty, I requested a replacement. While the new headset arrived within a few days, I was disappointed to find that this unit had a similar issue—this time, no sound was coming from the left side.
It’s clear that this product series has a recurring defect. I am frustrated that even the replacement headset did not work properly. SteelSeries needs to address the quality control issues with this model and provide me with a fully functional replacement immediately. Please resolve this matter urgently!
