Monster Notebook Tulpar T7 V25.1.2 Performance Issues Unresolved During Warranty

I have a Monster Tulpar T7 V25.1.2, and while I bought this device with high hopes, it has been nothing but a disappointment. My friend, who purchased the same model as me, gets 200 FPS in games, while I only get around 30. He had a similar issue and sent his device to service last year, where they replaced the RAM due to a defect. We suspect that this series has some chronic issues. When I took mine to the service center, they simply performed a clean installation and returned it, saying there was no problem. The issue persisted, but due to my work schedule, I couldn’t follow up immediately, and by the time I returned, the warranty had expired. Now, with the same unresolved problems, I’m told there’s a graphics card failure, and they want nearly ₺20,000 to replace the mainboard and graphics card. Selling this device would bring in only about ₺25,000 at most, which makes the situation absurd. I rely on this computer for work, but it’s impossible to use it like this. It feels like the device was intentionally returned without proper repairs near the warranty period, only for them to charge a fee post-warranty. I request that this issue be resolved by repairing the device free of charge under warranty, as it was never properly fixed during the warranty period.
