I'm extremely frustrated with my Monster laptop constantly malfunctioning. Even during the warranty period, the device remained in service for an extended period, and about 3-4 months ago, it was sent to service due to an SSD failure for no apparent reason, despite being replaced, it's unacceptable for it to malfunction again so quickly. I've had to send it for service multiple times within 2-2.5 years. Even after the warranty expires, the problems persist. Currently, I'm encountering a blue screen error, and the device is directing straight to BIOS without any other operation possible. I'm tired of sending it for service repeatedly. I'm preparing for the KPSS exam and rely on watching videos to study. This situation is causing me to fall behind in my studies.
