Garanti BBVA Shows a Paid Debt on My Findeks Report

Previously, I settled all my debts with Garanti BBVA completely, even after experiencing the enforcement process. Nonetheless, my Findeks report continues to display an overdue amount of ₺1450, which is entirely incorrect. This problem has persisted for years, leading to continuous challenges, particularly when I seek new credit or financial services. Even after several efforts to address the issue with customer service, there has been no meaningful response. It’s quite disappointing that a major organization has not addressed a straightforward reporting mistake. I possess evidence that the debt has been settled, and I urgently ask the bank to thoroughly investigate this issue, rectify the error, and inform Findeks as needed. I no longer wish to face unjust penalties.
