I submitted a request form along with my identity information to request a refund for my money, but they still haven’t been able to help. You keep saying “just call us,” and I do, but there’s never a solution. Every time I call, I’m either put on hold for too long or told that the issue will be escalated, yet nothing happens. It's incredibly frustrating to explain the same situation over and over again without any progress. I even double-checked that all my documents were correct and complete. For your information, MoneyPay has been a complete disappointment. I’ve been left victimized and still can’t get my money back. They don’t respond to any of my requests, and it feels like they are deliberately avoiding the problem.
