I submitted my request, and patiently waited as instructed, didn't hear anything from them... Not much, nothing at all. attempted once more, following the same steps, and encountered the exact same outcome—complete absence of any response. they're completely ignoring…meanwhile, my money seems to have disappeared into thin air, with no sign of its whereabouts. I try to make contact, ask nicely, and they completely disregard me as if they’re not part of this…I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get that refund, not expecting anything extravagant, just what I deserve.
