My debt was put into an administrative collection about two weeks ago, and I sent the documents they asked for right away. They asked me to write them a letter after a week had passed. After waiting an extra ten days, I was told that the process had changed and that I needed to resubmit the documents. Even though it's been 14 days, I still haven't figured out how to solve my problem. Because they won't change my number, I can't pay off my debt. The next thing I'm going to do is bring the problem to the attention of Consumer Rights. We shouldn't have to keep waiting like this, so I won't take any responsibility, whether legal or not.
