I Transferred to My MoneyPay Account Without Account Number, Still No Refund in 7 Days

“Thank you, the issue has been resolved.”

On June 6, 2025, I transferred funds from my bank account to my MoneyPay account. Unfortunately, I forgot to include my MoneyPay account number in the description section. I realized the mistake right away and sent the transaction receipt along with a detailed explanation to their support team.

It has now been 7 days, and nothing has been resolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving the same generic responses—“we're working on it” or “we haven’t reached a resolution yet.” Meanwhile, the money has not been credited to my MoneyPay account, nor has it been refunded to my bank.

It’s unacceptable that such a simple issue is taking this long. This lack of transparency and urgency from MoneyPay is extremely disappointing. I demand a prompt resolution and my money returned immediately. Stop stalling and take responsibility!
